First of all I am very surprised that there are no reviews for this company so far. I hope to find other people who have had similar experiences or to figure out if I was just unlucky.
I ordered products back in November and I have already expected slight delays since I can understand that due to the Christmas season it is going to be very busy. Nevertheless I am shocked that as of today my package still did not get delivered. The costumer service is everything but helpful and engaged (and that is coming from someone who is working in the same field).
Anyway, is there anyone out there with similar experiences with INTERNATIONAL orders?
